   With chalk and black boards, paper, paint and other mark making materials available, babies and very young children will be encouraged to handle new objects and begin to express themselves through mark making.

A multi purpose 'messy play' room where the younger children can freely explore sensory media such as paint, shaving foam, sand and water around tough top surfaces where they can face each other and share their experiences and begin to use language.

Quietroom

This cosy carpeted room provides a private place for small group time, storytelling, or other activities where an intimate space is required for focussed work. As well as offering a quiet spot for an afternoon nap, this room also houses many beautiful books within children's reach for choosing. It opens onto a beautiful deck with awning for those bright sunny days.
